Abstract Information and Deadlines

Format:

One-page abstract to fit in an 8.5" (height) by 11" (width) paper, with margins 1" (top and bottom) and 1.25" (left and right) and fully justified. The title should be in bold prints and the first letter of each word should be upper case character. Skip a line and write the names, and addresses of the authors. (The telephone, fax and e-mail of the corresponding author should be included). Skip a line before writing the full abstract in single line spacing. Font size 12 of the Times Roman font is recommended.

A copy of the abstract may be sent (i) by e-mail to: bdcp@bioresources.org or (ii) by mail or fax (a diskette copy in MS word/Word Perfect of the abstract should be posted) to BDCP-Ethnomedicine Conference, 11303 Amherst Avenue, Suite #2, Silver Spring, MD 20902, USA  Fax: (301) 962-6205.

Deadlines:

Deadline of receipt of abstracts is September 1, 1999.

Acceptance letters will be mailed along with presenters instructions. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, which will ultimately determine the mode of presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Ethnomedicine  and Drug Development
