WORK
1) To educate individuals, organizations, and public
officials about consumer issues and consumer rights.
2) To study issues of concern to consumers and
serve as a resource to the nation on those issues.
3) To foster communication among organizations
and government agencies involved in protecting consumer
interests.
4) To advocate policies that will be more favourable
to consumers in line with the United Nations Consumer
rights guidelines of 1985.
5) To work closely with manufacturers to ensure high
quality goods and services.
6) To study issues of concern to people living with
HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and serve as a resource center on
those issues.
