HR2O is a 32-bit, object oriented system with a fully compliant Windows 200 interface. It also runs as a HTML Application through Windows Explorer v5.0 or better. It is built for Microsoft’s Windows NT BackOffice Server, which is one of the leading platforms for the HR marketplace.

Because HR2O was designed to work with BackOffice, it is tightly integrated with Microsoft’s core BackOffice Services such as SQL Server, Exchange Server, and Internet Information Server. HR2O is currently one of the only HRMS products with this distinction.
