Tampa, FL…Electronic Commerce, Inc. signs with Mangrove Software, Inc. as a Strategic Partner

Tampa, FL, February 20, 2002 - Mangrove Software, Inc. a leading provider of Web-payroll and employee management solutions, announced the signing of Electronic Commerce, Inc. ("ECI") to a strategic partnership agreement.

The partnership will allow ECI to enhance the services they currently provide to include a completely web-based integrated HR/Payroll Solution. The "Powered by Mangrove" Solution offers comprehensive HR and Payroll functionality, addressing many critical business areas including benefits enrollment, online applicant tracking, employee self service and corporate rollup reporting capability.
